Privacy at keepsay

Last updated 15 July 2026

The short version. Your family's recordings, photos and details are never sold, never shared for marketing, and never used to train AI. They belong to your family, and you can delete them whenever you like.

Who we are

keepsay is a private family app for keeping your child's voice, made in Sydney, Australia. This statement covers both this website (keepsay.space) and the keepsay app. If anything here is unclear, ask us using the form below and a real person will reply.

What we collect

We don't collect more than we need, and this website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Waitlist emails are used to invite you when keepsay opens and to send the occasional note on child development, speech and bonding. You can unsubscribe with one click at any time. Content added in the app is used for one purpose only, which is making the app work for your family.

What we will never do

Who helps us run keepsay

Like most small apps, we use a small number of trusted providers to operate. Our mailing list and emails are handled by Brevo, and app content is stored with established cloud infrastructure providers. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Children

keepsay is designed for parents and guardians. Accounts are created and managed by adults, the app sits behind a parent-set PIN, and we never knowingly collect information directly from children.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete your details or your family's content whenever you like. When the app launches, deletion and export will be available from within the app as well. If you leave, your recordings leave with you.

Changes

If this statement changes in any meaningful way, we'll note the new date at the top and let waitlist families know by email.
